Medically supervised weight care — built on your labs, not a promo code
A monthly program with a real medical evaluation, baseline lab work, FDA-approved medication when appropriate, and follow-ups with the same nurse practitioner — because sustainable weight care is a clinical relationship, not a subscription box.
BMI calculator
BMI is one screening number — useful context, not a verdict. It can't see muscle mass, body composition, or your health story, which is why the evaluation exists.
Calculate your BMI
Standard BMI ranges: below 18.5 (underweight), 18.5–24.9, 25–29.9 (overweight), 30+ (obesity). FDA labeling for Wegovy® and Zepbound® generally involves a BMI of 30+, or 27+ with a weight-related health condition — but candidacy is always determined by your full evaluation, not this number alone.
Three phases, one provider
Evaluate
A 45-minute medical evaluation plus baseline labs — thyroid, blood sugar, lipids, and liver health — to find what's helping or hindering your weight before anything is prescribed.
Plan
A personalized plan across nutrition, movement, sleep, and habits — with an honest conversation about whether medication is clinically appropriate for you, and when it isn't.
Adjust
Monthly video check-ins with the same provider: reviewing progress, refreshing labs when due, adjusting treatment safely, and keeping the plan matched to your real life.
FDA-approved GLP-1 & GIP medications — injectable or oral.
When medication supports your goals, we prescribe from FDA-approved GLP-1 and GIP medications — injectable or oral — chosen after your evaluation, labs, and history. Same standard every time: real evidence, honest expectations, ongoing monitoring.
Wegovy® (semaglutide) injection
A once-weekly FDA-approved injectable medication for chronic weight management, used alongside nutrition and activity changes. Semaglutide works by acting on appetite regulation — most patients describe quieter "food noise" and earlier fullness.
Zepbound® (tirzepatide) injection
A once-weekly FDA-approved injectable that works on two appetite- and metabolism-related pathways (GIP and GLP-1). For appropriate patients, clinical trials have shown substantial average weight reduction alongside lifestyle changes.
Oral Wegovy® (Semaglutide 25mg pill)
FDA-approved December 2025 — the first oral GLP-1 pill approved specifically for weight management, not just diabetes. Trial data showed ~16.6% average weight loss, similar to the injectable version. Same class warnings apply (thyroid C-cell tumor risk).
Foundayo™ (orforglipron)
Eli Lilly's oral GLP-1, FDA-approved April 2026. Unlike other GLP-1 pills, it has no food or water timing restrictions — take it any time of day.
Rybelsus® (oral semaglutide)
The older, lower-dose oral semaglutide pill. Approved only for type 2 diabetes — using it for weight loss is off-label and notably less effective (~4% vs ~16.6% weight loss).
Eligibility, dosing, and suitability are clinical decisions made after your evaluation — FDA labeling for these medications generally involves BMI thresholds and weight-related health conditions, which your provider will review with you. Medication costs and insurance coverage vary and are discussed transparently before anything is prescribed. Weight loss results vary from person to person; we don't publish before-and-after photos — we'd rather earn your trust with good medicine.
Common questions about the program
Do I have to take medication to join the program?
No. Medication is one tool among several, prescribed only when clinically appropriate after evaluation. Many patients make durable progress through the nutrition, habit, and metabolic-health work alone — and the labs sometimes reveal issues (like thyroid problems) that change the plan entirely.
Which weight loss medications do you prescribe?
When medication supports your goals, we prescribe from FDA-approved GLP-1 and GIP medications — injectable or oral — chosen after your evaluation, labs, and history. Same standard every time: real evidence, honest expectations, ongoing monitoring. If medication isn’t the right tool for you, we’ll say that too.
Why do labs come first?
Because prescribing weight medication without baseline labs is guesswork. Thyroid function, blood sugar, lipids, and liver health shape both what’s safe and what’s likely to work — and they catch the medical contributors that diets can’t fix.
What happens if I want to stop?
You can cancel anytime — no long-term contracts. If you’re on medication, we’ll plan the off-ramp together safely rather than leaving you to stop cold; maintaining results after medication is part of the conversation from day one.
Start with the evaluation, not the prescription.
That order is the whole difference.
