FAQ'S

Your questions answered.

Compounded Semaglutide contains the same active ingredient in Wegovy®* and Ozempic®*, while Compounded Tirzapetide contains the same active ingredient in Mounjaro®* and Zepbound®*. Compounded medications are custom-mixed by pharmacists to match an individual’s specific needs. They are often created when an FDA-approved medication, dose, or dosage form is unavailable. They are cost-effective.

Your telehealth platform offers services such as:

Two-way, high-definition video

With telehealth, you use videoconferencing so that you have a face-to-face meeting with your provider — like you’re sitting together in your doctor’s office.

Digital patient registration

You register online, where you can submit your symptoms, allergies, medications, medical history, and ID cards prior to your first teleconference visit with your doctor.

Prescription management

Your doctor manages your medications and sends your prescriptions electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

Secure online payment

Telehealth software allows you to securely send your payment online.

Chat and photo-sharing capabilities

You can chat with your doctor and easily upload photos of your symptoms when applicable. Communication is a two-way street, as your physician can reach out to you with messages.

HIPAA compliant

HIPAA is a law that protects the privacy of your medical records and personal health information. Your telehealth interactions are also secure, and only authorized users can access your Telehealth sessions.

What health care services can I receive through telehealth?

You can receive many of the services normally provided in the office such as sinus infection, ear infections, sore throat, UTIs, Anxiety and Depression, medication refills, lab work and many more.

In the case of a medical emergency, however, you need to seek care at your local urgent care facility or hospital emergency department.

Will insurance pay for telehealth?

Some insurance companies cover Telehealth, while others don’t. At Evolving e-Health, we are accepting cash only for now.

You will receive an email confirming your appointment. Please complete the online patient forms before your face-to-face or telehealth appointment so that our providers can review your case ahead of time. A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation will be conducted by a mental healthcare provider and typically involves an interview that allows the provider to learn more about the patient’s history and symptoms. Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations are detailed exams and can be used to diagnose mental health disorders and developmental delays. A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation may also involve diagnostic tests and psychological assessments. Some of the lab tests may be used to determine if underlying medical conditions exist. Pharmacogenomic testing may also be recommended to help guide the process of selecting the most appropriate medication for you. The goal of a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is to help a patient on the road to healing.

If you are late for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be requested to reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge when you re-schedule.

Patients will be charged in full for the cost of the missed appointment if they are a “no show” or if they do not provide at least a 48-hour cancellation notice from the time of their appointment. The only exception is for hospitalizations.

Yes, you can access your medical records through our telehealth platform. We provide a secure patient portal where you can view and download your health records at any time. You'll need to log into your account and navigate to the "Medical Records" section.

Currently, all services provided on our telehealth platform are cash-based. Payment is required at the time of booking your appointment. We do not offer subscription plans currently. We're committed to providing transparent pricing, so you know exactly what you're paying for upfront without any surprise charges or fees.

What's Chronic Disease Management?

Chronic disease management involves the ongoing care and treatment of long-term medical conditions that require continuous monitoring and control. Examples of chronic diseases include diabetes, hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid), and hypertension (high blood pressure). Effective management of chronic diseases often involves lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, regular medical monitoring, and patient education.

What's Acute illnesses?

Acute illnesses are short-term health conditions that typically have a rapid onset and resolve within a relatively short period. Examples of acute illnesses include urinary tract infections (UTIs), sinusitis (sinus infection), flu-like symptoms (influenza), vaginal yeast infections, and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Treatment for acute illnesses often focuses on symptom relief and addressing the underlying cause of the illness.

What are Skin Issues?

Skin issues encompass a wide range of dermatological conditions that affect the skin, hair, and nails. Common skin issues include acne (pimples and blemishes), dermatitis (inflammation of the skin), psoriasis (chronic autoimmune skin condition characterized by red, scaly patches), eczema, fungal infections, and others. Treatment for skin issues may involve topical medications, oral medications, lifestyle modifications, and skincare routines tailored to the specific condition.

Men's health?

Men’s health refers to the overall well-being and medical concerns specific to male individuals. This includes conditions such as erectile dysfunction (difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection), prostate health, testosterone levels, reproductive health, and mental health issues that may affect men. Men’s health services focus on preventive care, early detection of health conditions, and comprehensive management of male-specific health concerns to promote optimal health and quality of life.

What is fertility?

Fertility refers to the ability of an individual or couple to conceive a child. It involves the natural ability to produce offspring and encompasses factors such as reproductive health, hormonal balance, and the functioning of the reproductive organs.
