Our focus

Online mental health care built on knowing you

Finding the right treatment is rarely a single appointment — it's a relationship. The psychiatric nurse practitioner who evaluates you is the one who fine-tunes your care at every follow-up. No re-explaining. No starting over with strangers.

How psychiatric care works here

A thorough first evaluation — history, symptoms, goals, and what's been tried before

A treatment plan you understand and agree with, medication and otherwise

Follow-ups with the same provider to adjust safely as you go

Coordination with your therapist, if you have one — and referrals if you'd like one

If you're in crisis, don't wait for an appointment.

Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7. You can also text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line. If this is a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
