Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 23 July 2026
Evolving eHealth is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Healthcare should not have barriers — and neither should the front door to it.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Measures we take include:
- Color combinations tested to meet or exceed contrast requirements
- Full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, and a skip-to-content link
- Semantic headings, labeled forms, and text alternatives for meaningful images
- Support for reduced-motion preferences
- Native accessible components rather than third-party accessibility overlay widgets
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is a practice, not a checkbox. We review the site with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, and address issues as they are found. Some third-party services we link to (such as our scheduling and portal platform) are operated by their vendors; we choose vendors with accessibility commitments and welcome reports of any barriers.
Tell us if something isn’t working
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please call 319-727-1737 or write to [EMAIL]. Tell us the page and the problem, and we will work to fix it promptly and provide the information you need in an accessible way in the meantime.
